If the European Union cannot protect Greeks from the repressive Greek government, who will?

The U.S. must make better use of military alliances which allow greater sharing of the human and financial burdens at less cost of protecting national interests. But nobody trusts the freakish Greek government which persecutes and robs dissident bloggers.

Johnson declares that no criminal or terrorist suspect captured by the U.S. should be subject to physical or psychological torture. Individuals incarcerated unjustly by the U.S. should have the ability to seek compensation through the courts. Individuals detained by the U.S., whether it be at Guantanamo Bay or elsewhere, must be given due process via the courts or military tribunals, and must not be held indefinitely without regard to those fundamental processes.
The kangaroo justice government of Greece, the most disgusting persecutor of dissident bloggers, is an embarrassment to Fourth Reich. We stand in solidarity with the peoples of Middle East, Africa, and the Balkans in their demands for an end to repression, kleptocracy, and cybercop brutality, for their freedom, their basic human rights, and immediate reforms.
Persecuting dissident bloggers, the Greek government violates Article 2 of the Lisbon Treaty, which states the European Union is founded on the values of respect for human dignity, freedom, democracy, equality, the rule of law, and respect for human rights. These values are common to the Member States in a society in which pluralism, nondiscrimination, tolerance, and justice prevail.
Damocles’ sword of kangaroo justice is hanging over Greeks. We stand in defiance against all those kleptocrats who try to suppress the growing movement of people standing up for their rights, facing down injustice and offering hope for a better world.
