John and Margo Catsimatidis are hosting a reception for New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman, Monday March 26, 2012. The reception is in support of Mr. Schneiderman’s campaign committee, “Schneiderman 2014.”
The Attorney General has recovered millions for consumers from fraudulent web sites, proposed laws to prevent prescription pill abuses, and launched a comprehensive plan to reform and revitalize New York’s nonprofit sector.
In February of this year, the Attorney General was appointed by President Obama to lead the investigation into the mortgage collapse which started the economic tailspin of 2008.
Eric Schneiderman has been known as a rational, even handed elected official since his days in the New York Senate. He is part of the new team in Albany which is leading New York back on the path of economic recovery. Both business and consumers have found a friend in this Attorney General.
